Lawful Gambling Manual. The Lawful Gambling Manual is intended to be a reference guide for organizations who conduct lawful gambling in Minnesota. Each chapter is published separately below to provide quick access to the information you need. Future changes to statutes, rules, and forms may affect information and references in this manual.
Mandate The mandate of the Free State Gambling and Liquor Authority (FSGLA) it is to regulate both the Gambling and Liquor industries through issuing of licenses, monitoring and regulating, and reporting to the responsible member on all gambling and Liquor matters. A number of laws and regulations have been drawn up to create the regulatory framework that covers the activities licensed by the Western Cape Gambling & Racing Board (WCGRB). In this section you can find the English versions of all the laws and regulations related to gaming. The main purpose of the WCGRB is to control and regulate gambling and racing within the Province of the Western Cape, that will provide a stable, just, consistent and effective regulatory environment; inspire public confidence and trust, in an environment free from corruption and unlawful gambling and racing activities; and contribute to the economy of the Western Cape in a socially. The conduct of gambling at a location in violation of Executive Order 20-99 could result in the suspension or revocation of your organization’s lawful gambling license. If your organization has multiple premises permits, your ability to conduct gambling, even at sites that did not violate the Executive Order, could be affected. December 10, 2020.

Quarterly Reports
North Dakota Games of Chance Reports of Activities. Prior reports can be obtained by contacting the Gaming division. Beginning January 2019, the quarterly reports will be issued after the end of the next following quarter.
